Answer to customer inquiries.
Provide assistance to customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Identify sources of issues, trends and help to solve them.
1+ years of Internet experience.
An interest in Gaming and Social Networking.
Professional Level of English, additional languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish).
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
University bachelor or above is required
